Agents receive training and industry education before and during their agent relationship as well as access to our agent and merchant support team. All of your questions and your merchant’s questions will be answered quickly and correctly.   

 Training & Industry Education

Training is a large part of BNG’s program. Agents have an initial 2 hour training and then have the ability to join other trainings, done regularly. Regular trainings are usually done bi-weekly on a range of topics from industry changes to new products and services that agents are able to offer.

New agents receive a wealth of materials including; rate cards, applications, marketing materials, application checklists and more. Agents have full time access to our online hard drive with even more information such as equipment brochures, PowerPoint trainings and price lists.

 Agents & Merchants

Agents are able to receive support from our team of dedicated relationship managers on a number of different matters including; submitting of applications, product training, portfolio profitability monitoring and attrition monitoring. Agents are able to keep a tight grasp on their portfolio to assure that new applications are approved quickly and current merchants have their support issues addressed in a timely matter. Each agent will receive logins to view all of their accounts in real time.

Merchants have access to 24/7 toll free support. During regular business hours merchants are able to call our main office and after hours, weekends and holidays our toll free support is available. We retain over 98% of our merchants month to month with no cancellation fees, while the competition retains only 55%-65%. Merchants choose to stay with our company because of our pricing and support. In addition to merchant service support, we provide free statement analysis for merchants to allow them to compare their current processing account with an account with us.

 Marketing & Pre-Sales

One team at BNG specifically handles marketing and pre sales support for agents. Our list of programs include our; upfront bonuses, free equipment program or our free equipment replacement program. All of which assist our agents during the sales process. Merchants receive a number of different benefits to minimize the time and effort they must dedicate to their payment processor while also running their business.

Pre-sales support aids agents with conference calls to potential merchants, cost reviews and customized proposals in order to solicit more merchants and close more accounts. BNG has a support team that is dedicated to both agents and merchants alike.
